We take your card details when you sign up to set the subscription up, but you are not charged anything until the trial ends. Yes. Nothing requires a gas safety record to be on paper. What makes it valid is that it contains the required information and is completed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Certii records follow the same format and content as the standard certificate pads, printed as A4 PDFs with your registration and signature.
Each engineer gets their own sequence, starting at 000001, counted from the certificates in your own Google Drive. Landlord certificates run on a separate L- series. One important thing: because the number is based on what's in your Drive, avoid deleting old certificates from the Certii folders. If you do and later reinstall the app, a number you've already issued could be used again. To tidy up, move old certificates into a folder outside the Certii ones instead.
Yes, anytime. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees, and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your certificates remain in your Google Drive even if you cancel.
